How do we store your data? 

Your data will be securely stored by GORE-TEX AccessWear Service within Webflow CMS. We retain plain text data in a CSV format for a duration of two years. After this period, your data will be deleted from our Webflow CMS system. For further details, please refer to Webflow’s Terms and Conditions.

Who controls the data?

Webflow serves as the data controller for personal information of Webflow users, while Disruptive Edge Inc, as the creator and host of a Webflow site, is the data controller for information gathered through its hosted sites. This includes data from form submissions, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or other analytics integrations.

Who processes the data?

A data processor is an individual or entity that handles personal data on behalf of a data controller. Since Webflow does not oversee the data collected by GORE-TEX AccessWear Service or how it is used, Webflow acts as the data processor for personal data collected through websites hosted on its platform.

Marketing

lf you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop GORE-TEX AccessWear Service from contacting you for marketing purposes.
